The Managers or Admin Guide contains information on how to use the Access Permit Management feature in International Towers Partner Portal Website.
Access Permit Management can be accessed via “ITDE Manager” on the left pane of main navigation. For the Access Permit Management to be available under “ITDE Manager”, the user should have the “Access Permits Management” access in People management.

Super admin can add a Partner Portal member as an approver on access permit request. To do this Super admin needs to go to “People Management” > “Access Permit Approvers” and add it from there.
