Module 5: Managing our Physical Self Care

 
This week's theme is physical self care. We often forget that managing our physical self care requires 3 core things: movement, good nutrition and sleep. 
 
Sleep is the fundamental to our health. When we sleep our body replenishes. A good tip is to create a night time ritual of calmness before sleep, turn off electronic devices, play soothing music, make a cup of herbal tea. Get your body and mind ready for extra self care.
