Diversity high on the agenda for new tenant partner FDM Group

International Towers welcomed global professional services provider to our community

FDM Group, the FTSE 250 market leader in the Recruit, Train and Deploy industry, was our newest addition to International Towers, Tower Three.

Its purpose-built Sydney centre will enable FDM to train the next generation of digital talent to fulfil its fast-growing client demand. FDM works with international companies in a diverse range of industries and has already placed a significant number of consultants on leading client sites in Sydney and Melbourne.

FDM Group is renowned for its dynamic Careers Program, which provides graduates, people returning to work, and ex-Forces personnel, award-winning business and technical training in core disciplines.

With a global management team made up of circa 50% women and 80+ nationalities working together as a team, FDM continues to champion inclusion at all levels. The FDM employee population in APAC is currently 40% female, which is a testament to their commitment to diversity around the world.

FDM’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Rod Flavell, said investing into Australia is a strategic move for the organisation and is the next step in their successful journey as an international business.

“Sydney is a really important area for us to invest in and APAC has proved to be a fantastic region for the business to grow in. The excellent education system, diverse talent pool and the client need in Australia has made this an obvious place to invest in.”

International Towers General Manager, Mr Tony Byrne, said FDM Group was an impressive addition to the inclusive, tenant partner roster being established within the two towers.

“As a leading brand within the people and culture space with a true commitment to diversity, FDM is strongly aligned with the values of our tenant partner community and brings valuable global credentials and perspective,” Mr Byrne said.
