Barangaroo’s spectacular harbourside location is one of Sydney’s best vantage points to welcome the new year, with superb panoramic views of the western face of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The sloping lawns of the Reserve provide a safe place with ample room to spread out your picnic blanket and enjoy the spectacle that only Sydney can deliver! NYE21 at Barangaroo is a must-attend event for families, friends and couples wanting to experience a safe and memorable night enjoying a great view.
You’re welcome to bring your own picnic and there will also be a selection of Sydney’s finest food trucks onsite with a wide range of delicious cuisines for you to enjoy. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted however there will be a bar offering a selection of wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. Live performances will keep you entertained pre fireworks.
Tickets are limited and will be released in small groups in numerical order to allow for effective and fair management of the Barangaroo site in line with COVID-19 Public Health Orders. If you miss out on securing a ticket in the initial release, you can add your details to the waitlist and be the first to be notified when tickets next become available to purchase. The quantity of additional ticket releases is dependent upon COVID Public Health Orders closer to the event date, however we reserve the right to cancel and refund tickets as required to deliver a COVID-19 compliant event.
