5 Years: David Choi, Senior Property Service Manager

As Senior Property Service Manager, David plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day experience across International Towers. 10 Years: Malcolm Nixon, Head of Partnerships
A decade of service is a real achievement, and Malcolm Nixon has spent his 10 years making a lasting difference to the International Towers community.
As Head of Partnerships, Malcolm has played a central role in caring for and collaborating with tenant partners, helping to shape the relationships, experiences and sense of connection that sit at the heart of the precinct. His work has always been about more than buildings, services or events. It has been about people, trust and creating a workplace community where tenant partners feel supported, engaged and proud to belong.
From the earliest days before International Towers opened its doors in 2015, Malcolm helped build the foundations of a strong and connected community. Through the partnerships he nurtured, the experiences he helped create and the care he brought to every detail, he has left a lasting imprint on the Towers.
Malcolm’s impact can be seen in the everyday service culture of the precinct, as well as in the larger initiatives that have brought people together over the years, from community partnerships and sustainability experiences to events that have helped International Towers feel vibrant, human and connected.
This milestone also marks a very special moment in Malcolm’s career, as he steps into retirement after an extraordinary working life. We thank him not only for 10 years at International Towers, but for the generosity, care and commitment he has shared so freely with the community.

10 Years: Raja Shrestha, Head of Innovation
Ten years in, Raja Shrestha continues to bring innovation, energy and forward-thinking to International Towers.
As Head of Innovation, Raja has helped drive the technology and digital experiences that support the way tenant partners connect with the buildings, services and community around them. His work has been especially important in shaping platforms and tools that make the workplace experience easier, more connected and more rewarding.
One of Raja’s key contributions has been his involvement in Amica, the evolution of the Partner Portal and a central platform for tenant engagement, services, events, bookings, rewards and ESG initiatives. Through innovations like Amica and mobile access solutions, Raja has helped bring together the practical and human sides of the workplace experience.
Over the past decade, Raja has built a reputation as someone who looks ahead, finds better ways of doing things and helps turn ideas into experiences that benefit the wider community.
