## **Increasing EV Charging at International Towers**

As part of our continued investment in sustainable infrastructure, works are currently underway to upgrade the **EV charging network** across International Towers.

The project will introduce a new generation of **Ocular IQ Wallbox** smart chargers, each capable of delivering **35–50km of range per hour** and compatible with all major EV makes and models. These upgrades will provide tenant partners with more efficient, secure, and flexible access to EV charging.

**Once complete, the upgraded system will offer:**

- **Dedicated 7kW smart chargers** per EV car space (Type-2 socket, BYO cable)
- **RFID-secured access**, managed by Facilities Management
- **100 kWh of included electricity per month**, with competitive rates for additional usage
- Access to the **Exploren App** for real-time charging, usage tracking, and national network connectivity
- **Load balancing technology** that ensures optimal charging, even during peak periods
- **Monthly usage reports** and optional caps to help manage usage

**Operational Readiness:**

- The system will be actively monitored by our service partner **CleanPeak Energy**
- Annual safety inspections and ongoing preventative maintenance included

We are excited to deliver this upgrade as part of our broader strategy to support low-emission transport and future-focused workplace solutions. We will continue to share updates as the installation progresses.
