Increasing EV Charging at International Towers

As part of our continued investment in sustainable infrastructure, works are currently underway to upgrade the EV charging network across International Towers.

The project will introduce a new generation of Ocular IQ Wallbox smart chargers, each capable of delivering 35–50km of range per hour and compatible with all major EV makes and models. These upgrades will provide tenant partners with more efficient, secure, and flexible access to EV charging.

Once complete, the upgraded system will offer:

• Dedicated 7kW smart chargers per EV car space (Type-2 socket, BYO cable)
• RFID-secured access, managed by Facilities Management
• 100 kWh of included electricity per month, with competitive rates for additional usage
• Access to the Exploren App for real-time charging, usage tracking, and national network connectivity
• Load balancing technology that ensures optimal charging, even during peak periods
• Monthly usage reports and optional caps to help manage usage

Operational Readiness:

• The system will be actively monitored by our service partner CleanPeak Energy
• Annual safety inspections and ongoing preventative maintenance included
