International Women’s Day 2026 is guided by the theme “Balance the Scales” - a reminder that while progress has been made, there’s still work to do to create a fairer, more equal future for women.
Across International Towers, we’ll be marking the day with simple, visible ways for our community to show support, spark conversations and stand together.
Throughout Tower Two, Tower Three and International House, you’ll see uplifting messages in our lobbies celebrating women’s achievements and reinforcing the importance of equality in our workplaces and beyond.
In Tower Two, you can create your own wearable button with an empowering message at our live button-making station. Prefer something ready to go? Pre-made buttons will also be available across all three buildings - so everyone can wear their support with pride.
We’ll also be sharing a custom Instagram filter to help you and your team amplify the message online and celebrate the women who inspire you.
