The Next Chapter – Women’s Wellbeing Gathering is a thoughtfully curated, one-day event created exclusively for 50 women aged 40–65. Designed as a deeply interactive and personalised experience, this gathering offers practical tools, expert guidance and meaningful connection to support women through one of life’s most powerful transitions.
This is not a traditional conference. It’s a space for honest conversations, reflection and real-world strategies — where women can explore what midlife truly means for them and leave feeling clear, capable and energised about what comes next.
Midlife is a pivotal moment. Many women are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, evolving health needs and a growing desire for meaning and fulfilment — often while placing themselves last.
This gathering creates space to pause and recalibrate. It’s an opportunity to reflect, reconnect with personal values, and reimagine the next chapter as one that is vibrant, financially secure, purpose-driven and full of possibility.
Hosted at the Cuppa Co-Lab Space, the day blends intimacy, inspiration and interaction. Every element — from nourishing food and relaxed conversation corners to expert-led sessions — is designed to ensure participants feel seen, supported and empowered.
Guests will leave not only inspired, but equipped with practical tools and fresh perspectives they can apply immediately in their personal and professional lives.
