World-first white paper launch event

The impact of the built environment on the success of organisations and their people
It was our privilege to have hosted the launch of a world-first white paper into the impact of the built environment on the success of organisations and their people.
Some of Australia’s most respected thought leaders joined white paper author Professor Anthony Grant and his research team from the University of Sydney to discuss his findings and his world-first articulation of the ‘Positive Built Workplace Environment’, which defines the relationship between a workspace and the wellbeing and effectiveness of people.
Using International Towers, Tower Two and Tower Three as a case study example of the Positive Built Workplace Environment, Professor Grant cited numerous examples of how positive leadership within the Towers management team had merged seamlessly with progressive workplace design and an absolute commitment to the highest standards in sustainability and wellbeing to create an environment where both individuals and organisations can flourish.
The white paper was a result of 18 months worth of research, interviews and analysis, and was launched to an audience of business leaders and innovators.
