This course was designed to be digested and implemented with your busy schedule in mind, so we suggest working through a module a week, for a total of 9 weeks. However, you have access to all of the modules, and if you'd rather blast through all of the modules in one or two sittings then that's completely up to you. Whatever is going to work best for your learning style and life commitments.
Each module is between 8 to 11 minutes in length, and comes with a downloadable and interactive workbook (You can access this as a downloadable file within each module section, but you will also have a copy attached in your weekly email) to put the teachings into practice.
The weekly email will breakdown each module into further detail, include your workbook and the tasks that you need to do in order to complete the program.
