A hands-on workshop to help you ask with clarity and confidence.

This live workshop is designed for leaders who don’t want another year of rehearsing conversations in their heads, saying yes when they mean no, or accepting less than they deserve because asking feels uncomfortable. 

What to expect? Together, you’ll map the asks that matter for you in 2026, learn our practical frameworks, and practice using them so you’re prepared when it’s time for the conversation.

This will be a practical and interactive session where you'll map out a plan for the year ahead, with the tools to give you the confidence to ask for it.


ABOUT SAM TRATTLES

As Founder and Strategic Deals Negotiator, Sam’s mission is to help more people learn to LOVE negotiating by changing how we approach it – seeking what’s fair and reasonable (not by winning or losing).

Prior to starting Other Side of the Table, Sam enjoyed a corporate marketing career, specialising in sponsorships, for close to two decades across Australia and the UK. She held senior leadership roles for brands including Telstra and PricewaterhouseCoopers and has negotiated and leveraged over $500M worth of deals. As a result, she’s one of the most skilled commercial negotiators in Australia.

Sam’s negotiator style is strategic, inclusive, and pragmatic. She likes to challenge the status quo through curiosity, listening with intent and being a straight shooter. Her thought leadership is practical and accessible so people, all around the world, can confidently negotiate their worth.
