To support your health and wellness during busy weeks at work, International Towers runs weekly programs of Wellness Classes – free for all community members – on Level 4 in Tower Three.
Wellness Classes in 2024
We are excited to announce some updates to enhance your experience with us in 2024. Classes resuming on Tuesday, 30th January 2024.
Bookings
Starting next year, bookings for our wellness classes can only be made one week in advance. This change aims to encourage greater class attendance and ensure a fair opportunity for everyone to participate.
Twice Weekly Yoga Sessions
Due to the popularity of our Tuesday Yoga sessions, we are introducing a second yoga session on a Thursday. This means our Pilates class will move to a Wednesday lunchtime and bootcamp classes will no longer continue.
