A world-first in customer service
LLITST has always strived to set industry leading benchmark standards for premium commercial real estate, with strong differentiation with competing buildings, greater long-term returns, improved commercial and environmental sustainability, and better social and wellbeing outcomes for its community.
Amongst various industry benchmarking tools, International Towers also participates in Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Assessments. In acknowledging the award, General Manager, Tony Byrne, said, “GRESB have awarded International Towers LLITST first place in the world ranking with the perfect score of 100 out of 100. This is the first and only time the perfect score of 100 has ever been awarded by the judging panel at GRESB.
