Welcome to Amica AI, your digital assistant for International Towers Barangaroo. By using Amica AI, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

 

1. About Amica AI

Amica AI is designed to help users find information about International Towers, including:

• Building services and facilities

• Workplace amenities

• Events and activations

• Amica offers

• Sustainability initiatives

• Transport and access

• Building procedures and policies

• General workplace information

Amica AI is intended to make finding information faster and easier, but it should not replace official advice where accuracy is critical.

 

2. AI-Generated Responses

Amica AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Users should verify important information before relying on it.

3. Not Official Advice

Information provided by Amica AI is for general guidance only.

• It should not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Medical advice

• Emergency instructions

• Security directions

• Building compliance advice

Where appropriate, Amica AI may direct you to the relevant International Towers team.

 

4. Emergency Situations

Amica AI must not be used to report emergencies.

For emergencies:

• Contact Emergency Services (000)

• Contact Building Security

• Follow official emergency procedures

 
5. Appropriate Use

Users must not use Amica AI to:

• Request illegal or dangerous information

• Generate offensive, abusive or discriminatory content

• Impersonate another person

• Attempt to bypass security controls

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

• Misuse the service in any way that disrupts other users

International Towers reserves the right to restrict access where misuse is identified.

 

 6. Privacy

Please do not enter:

• passwords

• financial information

• confidential business information

• personal health information

• commercially sensitive information

Your conversations may be logged to improve Amica AI, enhance user experience and maintain service quality, in accordance with the International Towers Privacy Policy.

 

7. Availability

Amica AI is provided on a best-efforts basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every response will be accurate or complete.

8. Feedback

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete response, please let us know.

Your feedback helps improve Amica AI for everyone.

 

9. Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time as Amica AI continues to evolve. Continued use of Amica AI constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Mobile Access Pass

• The subscription price of a Mobile Access Pass (MAP) is $20 (excl. GST) / unit/person for a period of 12 months.
• The MAP subscription plan will start on the date of the very first purchase and will expire on the 12th-month period from the start date.
• The grand total for the MAP subscription for a period of 12 months will be charged in advance at the time of purchase.
• Additional MAP purchased during the subscription period will be charged in total in advance at pro-rata of $xx.xx / unit/person/day i.e. (Purchase date – Expiry Date) / 365 * 20 + GST.
• The MAP subscription charges are non-refundable.
• Organisations can reduce the number of MAP. Please note the reduced number will only take effect on and from the renewal date and accordingly the new charge will be reflected for the renewal period.
• Cancellation of MAP subscription plan:
  • Organisation Manager for Partner Portal with access to Mobile Access Pass Management functionality can cancel the MAP subscription.
  • The cancellation will take effect on the expiry date of the subscription plan and will not be renewed.
  • MAP can be assigned and revoked until the effective date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation can be reversed altogether prior to the expiry date.
