Keeping Our End of Trip Facilities Clear and Accessible

A friendly reminder about the procedure for unclaimed bikes
At International Towers, we are proud to support healthy commutes with world-class End of Trip facilities. To ensure our shared spaces remain accessible for everyone, we would like to remind you of the procedure for managing bikes left unused for extended periods.
Weekly Checks
Each week, our Fitness Hub cleaning and concierge teams conduct checks of all bikes. If a bike has not moved for two weeks or more, it will be tagged with a visible label as a reminder.
Monthly Audits
On the first Monday of each month, a full audit of the bike racks is completed. Any bike that remains tagged during this audit will be noted in our register.
Second Audit and Storage
If a bike is still tagged during the next monthly audit, it will be relocated to a secure basement storage area. All relocated bikes are recorded for easy retrieval.
Unclaimed Bikes
Bikes that remain unclaimed after an additional month in storage will be donated to a social enterprise to support rehoming efforts.
To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask all customers to regularly use or remove their bikes. If you need assistance in locating a relocated bike, our Fitness Hub concierge team is available Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 7.00pm.
