“Wellness is defined as the state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort. We know through research that the physical environment in which we spend most of our time - usually our workplaces - have a significant influence on our overall wellbeing.

As members of the International House and International Towers, Tower Two and Tower Three community, we already benefit from working in some of the healthiest workplaces in the country, however many factors, including time and cost, often prohibit us from seeking new ways to improve our physical and mental fitness.

As a result, we’re thrilled to announce the start of a new program of complimentary wellness experiences, exclusively for those working within International House and International Towers, Tower Two and Tower Three.

Each session has been created to accommodate all levels of fitness and experience. It’s a convenient and inclusive opportunity to help everyone in our community thrive.”

Mondays
Mindfulness & Guided Meditation
Learn how to be present, clear
the mind and un-clutter your
thoughts. A discussion on
mindfulness is followed with a
guided meditation session.
Duration: 30 minutes

Tuesdays
Pilates
Utilising a considered mix of
classic pilates exercises, this
class is suitable for people of all
fitness and experience levels.
Duration: 45 minutes
Time: 12:00 - 12:45pm
Wednesdays
Yoga
Whether you’re new to yoga or
already a devotee, you’ll enjoy
this guided session designed
with beginner, intermediate and
advanced poses.
Duration: 45 minutes

Thursdays
Bootcamp
A fun and challenging mix of
cardio, strength and flexibility
focus. Perfect for teams.
