Brisbane’s much-loved bakehouse brings its signature cookies and sweet treats to Barangaroo

There’s a new reason to stop by Barangaroo. Brooki Bakehouse has opened its first NSW flagship, bringing its much-loved cookies, brownies, cakes and sweet treats to the precinct.

Founded by Brooke Bellamy in Brisbane in 2022, Brooki has grown from a small bakehouse into one of Australia’s most recognisable bakery brands, known for its generous bakes, creative flavours and strong sense of community.

At the centre of the menu are Brooki’s signature chunky cookies, with favourites including Classic Choc Chip, Cookie Butter, Bueno, Birthday Cake and Double Chocolate. Visitors can also expect brownies, cakes and a rotating selection of freshly baked treats.

Following Brooki’s Sydney debut during Vivid, the new Barangaroo store gives locals, workers and visitors a permanent place to enjoy the brand’s signature creations.

Brooki’s opening adds another exciting flavour to Barangaroo’s growing food and dining community, giving workers, visitors and locals a new destination for a little something sweet throughout the day.
