Join Callao for an immersive evening with Baxter Riggs from Mr Riggs McLaren Vale.
Throughout the evening, Baxter will lead you through a curated tasting, highlighting the distinct character of each wine. Each pour will be paired with refined Japanese-Peruvian dishes from Callao, crafted to enhance every sip.

Booking Policy
- The event will begin at 6.30PM, once everyone is seated. Please inform our team if you anticipate arriving late.
- We require full payment prior to the event. Any cancellations or reduction in group size within 2 weeks will be liable for the full cost (no refunds or reallocation of funds provided). In case of any emergency kindly advise our team.
- Please be aware that we are unable to make changes to the menu. However, we can accommodate all allergies and dietary requirements if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Kindly note that alternative wine selections for dietary needs are not available.
