Where: Marrinawi Cove, Barangaroo
Get ready to feel reinvigorated. For the one-hour booking, the recommended ritual is 10-15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a refreshing ice cold plunge or winter swim at Marrinawi Cove. Rinse, repeat, recharge.
Cedar & Salt’s beautifully crafted timber saunas are made for steamy group sessions, so bring some mates or maybe meet someone new while you detox and decompress.
