South facilities closing for construction – 11:59pm Friday, 8 August.
International Towers Sydney will be undertaking an upgrade of the end-of-trip facilities.
The South side of the end-of-trip facilities will close from 11:59pm Friday, 8 August.
To prepare for the works, all permanent lockers will be retired and only daily use lockers will be available moving forward.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- In the initial transition period before construction commences, customers will be required to clear out unused bikes and any items stored in the existing allocated lockers by Friday, 1 August.
- The current locker allocations will be retired from 11:59pm Friday, 1 August.
- On Saturday, 9 August and Sunday, 10 August limited changeroom amenities will be available – female changeroom 8, male changeroom 11 and all accessible/unisex changerooms will be available on these dates (see page 2 of this document - 1.0 Stage One construction map).
- From 12:01am Monday 11 August amenities will be available on the North side of the precinct (see page 2 of this document – 2.0 Stage One construction map).
- Approximately 400 additional lockers will be placed in Cage A and Cage B - opposite the current concierge desk (see page 2 of this document – 2.0 Stage One construction map). These will be transitioned across in stages from Saturday, 9 August – Sunday, 17 August (after hours works)
ENTRIES DURING CONSTRUCTION, FROM 11:59PM FRIDAY, 8 AUGUST
- OPEN - Customers can access the end-of-trip facilities via 1 Sussex St (Daramu House) or Scotch Row lift (opposite Sax Café Lounge & Bar). Changerooms 1-13 and 6A will be available.
- CLOSED - The South entry under International House near Tower Three will be closed. Changerooms 14-23 will be closed.
- CONCIERGE - From Monday, 11 August - Friday, 22 August additional EOT concierge staffing will be located in the facility to support customers Monday-Friday from 6am-11am and 12pm-1pm. Further details will be issued on Monday, 28 July.
AVAILABLE AMENITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION
Staged approach to works is being undertaken, with continuous access to facilities maintained throughout the upgrade. During Stage One construction (8 August 2025-April 2026) amenities will be available on the North side of the precinct, including:
- Daily use and weekly use lockers: Daily and weekly use lockers, will be available on the North side on a ‘first come, first served basis’. Daily use lockers automatically open at 8pm each day. Weekly use lockers automatically open at 8pm each Friday.
- Bike Storage: Remains available on the North side.
- Changerooms and showers: Female, male and accessible/unisex changerooms remain available on the North side.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Unmoved items: Any items not removed from the existing locker allocations by the relocation deadline of Friday, 1 August will be cleared out, tagged and securely stored.
- Storage period:
- Unmoved items collected from changerooms/lockers will be stored for 2 months.
- Unmoved bikes will be stored for 3 months.
- Collecting unclaimed items:
- To collect any unclaimed items, please get in touch with the end-of-trip concierge who are available Monday to Friday, 7am-8pm.
