Wear your support and take part across the precinct
International Women’s Day 2026 is guided by the theme “Balance the Scales.” It is a reminder that while progress has been made, there is still work to do to create a fairer, more equal future for women.

Across International Towers, we will be marking the day with simple, visible ways for our community to show support, spark conversations and stand together.
Throughout Tower Two, Tower Three and International House, you will see uplifting messages in our lobbies celebrating women’s achievements and reinforcing the importance of equality in our workplaces and beyond.
Strike a Pose at the Photo Booths
Head to the photo booths in Tower Two and Tower Three and snap a photo with your colleagues to celebrate the incredible women who make our workplace stronger every day. Each booth will feature female inspired speech bubbles with empowering messages, so you can strike a pose and show your support.
Wear Your Support
In Tower Two, you can create your own custom button with an empowering message at our live button making station. Prefer something ready to go? Pre made pins will also be available across all three buildings so everyone can wear their support with pride.
Pins will be available while stocks last.
Sweet Celebrations
From 10am, drop by to enjoy cookies featuring the faces of iconic women. Cookies will be available until they run out.
International Women’s Day is a moment to reflect, celebrate and recommit to progress. By wearing a badge, snapping a photo, sharing a message or simply starting a conversation, you are helping to balance the scales together.
