Find your calm before the week begins, ease into your Sunday with free sessions to move, breathe and reconnect.

Sundays are made for slowing down, and Still Sundays are your invitation to do just that. Each week in August, Pier Pavilion will become a peaceful haven for restorative group wellness sessions, from breathwork and meditation to sound healing and intuitive movement.

A Sound Life has curated some of Sydney’s most respected facilitators and musicians, with every session offering a different way to reset your nervous system and start a new week with intention. Whether you're craving stillness, softness or something more energising, there’s space here for you to unwind, recharge and reconnect.

No registration required, just turn up and join in. Make sure to bring your yoga mat and an open mind.

Trio Histoire brings together three outstanding Australian musicians—Nick Russoniello (saxophone), Murilo Tanouye (guitar), and Julia Russoniello (violin)—in a unique ensemble inspired by the golden age of radio

Wrap yourself in warmth and presence with this soulful yoga experience designed to melt winter tension and awaken inner vitality. Guided by Destiny Wolf and accompanied by the live healing sounds of Morgane Stroobant, this gentle, feel-good flow invites you to move intuitively, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in a nurturing, supportive space.

Start your Sunday with intention, movement, and music, guided by Jourdi Bleu and accompanied by Bess Wittingslow’s healing soundscape of crystal bowls and voice. This soulful yoga class blends gentle flow, breathwork, and live sound healing to soothe your nervous system and set the tone for the week ahead.

The Power Pause - A Restorative Journey Through Breath and Sound (Sun 17 Aug)

Take a conscious pause and reset your whole system. Guided by Veda’s calming presence and Maxiji’s healing soundscapes, this powerful session blends guided breathwork and immersive live sound to help you slow down, release tension, and restore inner balance.

The Still Point: A Journey Through Movement, Story & Sound

Step into a restorative experience where mindful movement meets the healing power of sound. In this gentle yoga class guided by Kate Kendall and supported by a live soundscape from Marc Tomkinson, you’ll be led through slow, grounding flows and intentional breathwork designed to regulate the nervous system and bring you back to a quiet centre within.
