ABOUT CHLOE 
Dr. Chloe Lim is a multi-faceted professional blending science, creativity, and leadership. With a PhD in medical science and 14+ years in epigenetics research, she now works as a government regulatory scientist while building innovative businesses.

A creative entrepreneur and TEDx speaker, Chloe founded Giggly Wiggly Balloons, was a finalist on Channel 7’s Blow Up, and created Twistyfic, a science-education business that combines balloon artistry with hands-on learning. She is also the author of the children’s book What Makes You Unique, making DNA fun and accessible for young minds.

Chloe champions women in STEM, migrant voices, and entrepreneurship. Through her podcast CALD Voices in STEM, mentoring roles, and community advocacy, she inspires audiences to embrace curiosity, step out of their comfort zones, and unlock their unique potential. She shares her migrant journey in the book anthology Undefeated. Her work has earned awards including Canberra Weekly Micro Businesswoman of the Year 2023 and recognition in the Asian Australian AA124 List 2023/24.
