At the heart of the new menu is Watermans' signature wood-fired grill and oven, bringing together simple, flavourful cooking and quality Australian produce.

Discover warm saganaki with quince and lemon, lamb rump with zucchini, mint and feta, and new dips including tzatziki with black olive and mint, and roasted red pepper with feta and chilli.

And for something sweet? Finish with baklava ice cream or warm doughnuts served with dark chocolate.
