Are you ready to push up and feel good?

Time to warm up. The Push Up Challenge is here

Feeling a little unmotivated as the cooler weather creeps in? We've got you. Join our Push Up Challenge, compete against other teams in our community, and win big! All you have to do is gather your mates and complete 3,249 push-ups over 24 days in June to raise awareness and funds for mental health. The challenge officially kicks off on June 5, and runs through to 28 June.
Why 3,249 push ups? Well, that's the number of people who died by suicide in Australia in 2022 (the most recent stats).

We want to push for better, and we hope you will, too. Sound like too many push-ups for you or a member of your crew? No worries, you can aim for the half target or substitute push-ups for alternative exercises, like squats and sit-ups.

While you're pushing, you can fundraise for one of three major beneficiary partners: headspaceLifeline, or The Push for Better Foundation. While supporting any of these organisations is fantastic, we are supporting headspace, a bunch of absolute legends dedicated to youth mental health.

Want in? We want you on the team. We’ve created a special Community Page, where you can register your team and battle it out against your fellow workplaces. Simply head to the page, join or create a new team, and recruit your mates. You can set your own targets for push ups and fundraising, and you'll get a link to spread the word and collect donations. There’s also an app to keep you on track, complete with mental health facts. And, for the best bit: the workplace team that fundraises the most will win an exclusive wellbeing experience for their team.

The prize: If you win, you and your team (of up to 10 people) will win a Kinstugi workshop. In this transformative session, worth a whopping $1985.50, you'll explore the traditional Japanese practice of mending broken ceramics with gold, embracing imperfections as part of the journey. You'll strengthen team bonds and cultivate a culture of resilience. The session includes pottery kits, charcuterie boards, drinks, and a facilitator to guide you through the workshop. We've put together this Spotify playlist to get you started. May the best team win!
