Sustainability Leadership
One International Towers has been carbon neutral for Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2016. Our focus is now on phasing out gas and diesel, reducing Scope 3 emissions, and driving positive outcomes across wellness, energy, and social value.

Energy and Water Insights
We provide biannual reports to help customers monitor and improve resource efficiency. These reports provide a clear snapshot of electricity, gas (if applicable), chilled water, and potable water usage, along with anonymous benchmarking against other tenancies in the precinct.
Technology That Enables Better Outcomes
Smart technology plays a key role in supporting sustainability across the precinct. Our Optergy Energy Management System (EMS) provides detailed metering data and customised reporting for each tenancy, helping you better understand and manage your energy use. In addition, our analytics partner CIM monitors base building systems, tracking performance and identifying inefficiencies. Their insights help improve environmental conditions and tenant comfort, while also supporting operational efficiency and energy savings.
Tours & Learning Opportunities
To help bring sustainability to life, we offer a range of behind-the-scenes tours that give your team a firsthand look at how the precinct operates. These include the 'Monthly Sustainable Waste Tours' experience, where you can see the GoTerra maggot farm in action and learn how it transforms food waste into fertiliser and animal feed. On request, our Building Management team can also organise tours of the embedded energy network, recycled water plant, and district cooling plant, which supplies thermal chilled energy to the precinct and is owned and operated by CleanPeak.
