ReLove x ReStory returns to International Towers

As you pass through the Tower 3 North and South Lobbies over the next eight weeks, you’re not just seeing a beautifully curated furniture installation. You’re seeing a call to action, a chance to give furniture a second life, reduce waste, and help people in crisis feel at home again.
This collaboration between International Towers and Sydney charity ReLove brings stylish, high-quality pieces into our shared spaces while shining a light on a bigger mission: restoring dignity, comfort, and hope for people rebuilding their lives.
Why ReLove matters
When women and children fleeing domestic violence move into emergency housing, they often arrive to an empty shell — no beds, no tables, sometimes nothing but a bare floor. As ReLove co-founder Ren Fernando says:
“A furnished home is more than just a place to live. It’s where comfort, dignity, and the ability to rebuild begin.”
Since 2021, ReLove has:
- Fully furnished 2,000+ homes for families in crisis
- Saved 2,500 tonnes of furniture from landfill
- Contributed 22,000+ volunteer hours to transforming lives
From landfill to lounge room
Every piece in this installation, sourced from hotels, workplaces, hospitality venues and individuals, represents more than design. It represents a choice to give pre-loved furniture another chapter instead of sending it to landfill.
The installation brings together unique pieces while highlighting how furniture can be part of a circular solution, raising funds and awareness for ReLove’s programs and helping families create homes of their own.
