Moira Junge, CEO of the Sleep Health Foundation, will share the science behind healthy sleep habits and why quality rest is crucial for our mental and physical health, providing simple, practical habits—including sleep hygiene, routine, and environmental fixes—to help individuals reclaim restorative rest. Ren Fernando, co-founder of Relove, brings a social lens to the conversation—revealing heartbreaking statistics about women and children fleeing domestic violence, many of whom are forced to sleep on the floor without a safe or furnished home. Ren explains how ReLove steps in to restore dignity and comfort, creating fully furnished homes that allow families to rest and rebuild.

In a special live moment, Moira and Ren will literally jump into bed for the conversation at 12pm, Thursday 14th August. It’s a visual and emotional reminder of the critical role sleep plays in both personal wellness and social justice.

Everyone who joins the LIVE session and stays until the end will go into the draw to win one of four exclusive prizes:

  • 1 x $500 voucher to spend at the Bonny Doona's online store
  • 3 x $250 vouchers to use at ReStory by ReLove

Whether you’re struggling with sleep or simply want to rest better and live brighterthis is one LIVE event you don’t want to snooze on.

Together, this episode invites us to rethink sleep as something more than rest. It's about recovery, safety, and dignity.

Want to Live Longer? Start With Sleep.

Sleep powers everything from immunity and heart health to memory, mood and metabolism. Yet it’s the one pillar of health we regularly sacrifice for work, socialising, scrolling or Netflix. Research shows that those who sleep well consistently have a lower risk of early death, thanks to sleep’s role in supporting immunity, heart health, and metabolism.
