Standing Shoulder to Shoulder this Men's Health Week

Live Panel: How to Create Safe Spaces for Men to Speak Up About Mental Health
Join us for a special Men’s Health Week event powered by Heart On My Sleeve, International Towers, Amica, and Cuppa.tv.
Men’s mental health is in crisis, not because men don’t care, but because they often don’t feel safe enough to share. Whether it’s pressure to be the provider, fear of being judged, or simply not knowing where to start, too many men are struggling in silence.
When: 12 June 2025, 12PM
Where: Live Stream via Cuppa.tv

This Men’s Health Week , we’re bringing together voices that believe in standing shoulder to shoulder — not just in words, but in action. This session is an invitation to explore how we, as colleagues, friends, partners and leaders, can create space for men to open up, speak honestly, and feel supported.
What We’ll Explore:
- Toxic Masculinity and Mental Load: How inherited beliefs about manhood are harming our wellbeing — and how we unlearn them.
- Real Conversations with Men: How we can be better at supporting and ways to create space where men feel safe to share.
- Mental Health Toolkit: Practical, everyday tools to support men emotionally — in and outside the workplace.
- Workplace as a Safe Space: The role leaders, colleagues, and culture play in enabling authenticity and care.
