Dr Paul Taylor is a psychophysiologist and leading expert in hardiness, the science of developing the capacity to grow stronger through stress and challenge. With qualifications spanning psychology, exercise science, nutrition and neuroscience, he combines academic research with extensive real-world leadership experience, including service as a Royal Navy Officer.
As Director of Paul Taylor Consulting, he works with organisations including Oracle, SAP, PwC, NAB, CBA, BUPA and the Australian Military, delivering keynote talks, hardiness training and leadership workshops. His published research has shown benefits across hardiness, cognitive function, employee wellbeing and burnout reduction.
